48-hour return window Damaged plant guarantee Refund or replacement

Return Window

Returns must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. We cannot accept return requests after this period as plants are perishable and change rapidly.

Replacement First

Where possible, we will offer a replacement plant of equal value before processing a refund. Replacements are dispatched within 0–7 business days.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.



When can you return?

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following circumstances:

  • The plant arrived visibly damaged, broken, or severely wilted due to transit.
  • You received a wrong plant or wrong variety from what you ordered.
  • The plant arrived dead or in an unrecoverable condition.
  • The pot or packaging arrived cracked or broken beyond usability.

To process your return, you must share clear photos or a short video of the damaged plant or item within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us or WhatsApp. Without evidence we are unable to process the claim.



What is not eligible for return?

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in the following situations:

  • The plant wilted or died after delivery due to improper care, watering, or sunlight conditions at your end.
  • Return request raised after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Dissatisfaction with natural variation in leaf colour, size, or shape, as all plants are living organisms.
  • Damage caused by the customer after receipt of the order.
  • Orders where the delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete.

Plants are living products and may undergo natural changes in appearance during transit. Minor leaf drop or light wilting due to transit stress is considered normal and does not qualify for a return.



How to raise a return request

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
  • Share your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the plant.
  • Our team will review your request within 2 business days and get back to you with a resolution.
  • If approved, we will arrange a replacement dispatch or initiate your refund.


Order cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, cancellations cannot be accepted. To cancel, please contact us immediately at the details below with your order number.

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
