Returns must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. We cannot accept return requests after this period as plants are perishable and change rapidly.
Where possible, we will offer a replacement plant of equal value before processing a refund. Replacements are dispatched within 0–7 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
We accept return or replacement requests only under the following circumstances:
To process your return, you must share clear photos or a short video of the damaged plant or item within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us or WhatsApp. Without evidence we are unable to process the claim.
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in the following situations:
Plants are living products and may undergo natural changes in appearance during transit. Minor leaf drop or light wilting due to transit stress is considered normal and does not qualify for a return.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, cancellations cannot be accepted. To cancel, please contact us immediately at the details below with your order number.
For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
