Bulk orders from Green Glow Nursery are used by landscapers stocking a new project, corporate offices setting up green spaces, event planners sourcing plants as gifts or decor, and farms expanding their orchards with grafted fruit trees. Because every plant we ship is grown or grafted at our own 25-acre facility rather than sourced from unrelated third-party sellers, we can commit to consistent quality and variety across a bulk order in a way a marketplace reseller typically cannot.
Most bulk orders fall into one of three categories: landscaping and horticulture projects that need dozens or hundreds of a single variety, corporate or event orders that mix several varieties as gifts, and farm or orchard expansion orders for grafted fruit trees chosen for a region's climate. Whichever category your bulk order falls into, the process and pricing structure below stays the same, only the quantities and variety mix change.

How to place a bulk order

Get in touch
Contact us via email or phone with your requirements — the types of plants you need, approximate quantities, and your delivery location.

Receive a custom quote
Our team will review your requirements and send you a personalised quote with pricing, availability, and estimated delivery timelines within 2 business days.

Confirm & pay
Once you are happy with the quote, confirm your order and complete payment. Bulk orders require a 50% advance payment at the time of confirmation.

We pack & dispatch
We carefully prepare and pack your order. Bulk orders are typically dispatched within 7–14 business days depending on quantity and variety.
- 5
Delivered to your door
Your plants are delivered to your specified address. You will receive tracking details once dispatched. The remaining 50% balance is due before dispatch.
Bulk order terms
- Minimum order for bulk pricing is 10 plants.
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm a bulk order.
- Bulk orders are non-cancellable once confirmed and advance payment is received.
- Plant substitution may be necessary in rare cases of unavailability. You will be notified and offered an equivalent alternative.
- Returns on bulk orders are accepted only for plants that arrive visibly damaged, with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
