For an existing order, share your order number and the email or phone number you used to place it. For a plant care question, tell us the variety, roughly how long you have had it, and what you are seeing, drooping leaves, spots, or slow growth, along with your city or region so we can factor in the local climate. We aim to reply to email and WhatsApp messages within one business day, and often sooner during business hours. Phone calls are answered live during the hours listed below; outside those hours, leave a WhatsApp message and we will get back to you as soon as we are open. Order-related questions are usually the fastest to resolve since our team can look up your order directly, while detailed plant care questions may take a little longer if we need to check with our horticulture team first.

A few quick answers that might save you a message: yes, we deliver pan-India via trusted courier partners; typical delivery takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location; and Cash on Delivery is available on most orders, look for the option at checkout. Our support team works out of the same facility where your plants are grown and packed, so when you contact us about a specific plant, there is a good chance someone can check a similar plant on hand before replying. That is also why we can commit to same-day dispatch confirmation on most orders once payment clears: your question is not being relayed through a call centre or a third-party seller.
