Ordering
Simply browse our website, add your favourite plants to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details, choose your payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successful.
You can modify or cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at shop@greenglownursery.com or call +91 8116948090 with your order number. Once dispatched, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
Yes, we do accept bulk and wholesale enquiries. Please contact us directly via email or phone with your requirements and we will get back to you with pricing and availability. Bulk orders may be subject to separate terms.
We try to keep our website updated with current availability. However, as plants are seasonal and living products, stock can change quickly. If a plant you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you and either offer a suitable replacement of equal value or issue a full refund.


Shipping & Delivery
We dispatch orders within 0–7 business days of payment confirmation. After dispatch, delivery time depends on your location and the courier partner. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can monitor its progress.
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden delivery charges added at checkout.
Yes, we do ship internationally through registered international courier services or International Speed Post. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs regulations and import duties of the destination country, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
We take great care in packaging every plant securely to minimise transit stress. Plants are carefully wrapped, supported, and packed in sturdy boxes to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. Soil is often secured to prevent spillage during transit.
The courier will typically attempt delivery and may leave a notice if no one is available. Please ensure your phone number is correct so the delivery agent can reach you. If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will usually try again or hold the parcel at a local facility for pickup. Since plants are perishable, we strongly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the order.


Payments
We accept a wide range of payment methods including UPI, net banking, debit cards, credit cards, and other options available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway.
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through a secure, certified payment gateway. We do not store your card or UPI details on our servers.
This can occasionally happen due to a bank or network issue. In most cases, the amount is automatically reversed to your account within 5–7 business days by your bank. If it is not resolved, please contact your bank with the transaction reference. You can also write to us at shop@greenglownursery.com with your transaction details and we will help investigate.


Returns & Refunds
We are sorry to hear that! Please take clear photos or a short video of the damaged plant and contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp. Share your order number along with the evidence and our team will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for change of mind as plants are perishable living products. Returns are only accepted in cases where the plant arrived damaged, dead, or incorrect. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Once your return request is approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.


Plant Care
Yes, mild wilting or slight leaf drop after delivery is completely normal. Plants can experience transit stress due to being in a dark box for an extended period. Give your plant some water, place it in indirect light, and it should recover within a few days. Avoid direct harsh sunlight immediately after unpacking.
When your plant arrives, unbox it gently and check the soil moisture. Water it lightly if the soil feels dry. Place it in a bright spot with indirect sunlight for the first few days to help it acclimatise. Avoid repotting immediately — give the plant at least 1–2 weeks to settle before making any changes. Each plant listing on our website includes specific care tips for that variety.
This depends on the specific product listing. Some plants are sold with nursery grow pots, while others may be listed with decorative pots. Please check the individual product description for details. We also sell a range of pots separately on our website.
Yes! We include basic care instructions with every order. Detailed care guides for each plant variety are also available on the respective product pages on our website. If you have specific questions about a plant's care, feel free to contact us.
