Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Green Glow Nursery website (greenglownursery.com) and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Products & availability

All plants and products listed on our website are subject to availability. We take great care in representing our products accurately, however please note:

• Plants are living organisms and may naturally vary in size, colour, shape, and number of leaves from the images shown.
• Product images are for representation purposes only. The exact plant delivered may differ slightly in appearance.
• We reserve the right to substitute a plant of equal or greater value if the ordered variety becomes unavailable, and will notify you beforehand.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement.

Placing an order

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the product. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• You must provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information at the time of checkout.
• An order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address once payment is received.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
• Bulk or wholesale orders may be subject to separate terms. Please contact us directly for such enquiries.

Payments

We accept payments via UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and other methods made available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

• Payment must be completed in full before an order is dispatched. In case of a cash on delivery, the mimimum order value should be above Rs. 2000 and the 50% (i.e Rs. 1000) of the order amount should be paid before dispatching the order.
• Green Glow Nursery does not store your payment details. All payment data is handled by our secure payment gateway provider.
• In case of a failed transaction where your account has been debited, the amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days by your bank or payment provider.

Shipping & delivery

Orders are dispatched within 0–7 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery timelines thereafter depend on your location and the courier partner. For full details, please refer to our Delivery Policy.

• Green Glow Nursery is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
• Risk of loss and title for all products passes to you upon dispatch from our facility.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Green Glow Nursery and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
• Sharing our content on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes with proper credit is permitted.

Limitation of liability

Green Glow Nursery shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

We do not guarantee that plants will thrive after delivery, as their health depends on the care, environment, and conditions provided by you.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
